Dil Se 24x7 is an AI voice companion service for adults. We may process your phone number, call/session identifiers, timestamps, duration, talk-time wallet status, payment-link status, limited preferences and—when memory is enabled—a small broad conversation summary for continuity.

Conversation data

The service may process audio or transcript information as needed to provide the live AI voice experience. We aim to minimize retained conversation data and avoid intentionally retaining passwords, OTPs, payment credentials, identity-document numbers or unnecessary highly sensitive details.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Dil Se 24x7 does not need your card PIN, UPI PIN, CVV or OTP.

Use of information

• Identify the caller and available talk-time.
• Provide and improve the AI companion experience.
• Maintain optional conversation continuity.
• Troubleshoot payment or technical issues.
• Prevent misuse and maintain service security.
